Refund & Return Policy

At RINECOPO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we make the return and exchange process simple and straightforward.

Important Notes

  • Used Items: RINECOPO reserves the right to refuse returns for any product that shows signs of use.
  • Order Changes & Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before the item ships.

    Special orders and items that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If your order has shipped, you may return it after it’s delivered.

📦 Return & Exchange Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be for an item of equal value.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or modification
  • Items missing original parts (manuals, warranty cards, or accessories)
  • Items with visible scuffs, stains, or marks
  • Free gifts or promotional items

🔁 How to Start a Return

To begin your return, please contact our support team at info@rinecopo.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos or video if the item is defective or damaged
  • Shipping address
  • Contact phone number

📮 Return Instructions

  1. Contact us to receive the return address or a prepaid shipping label (if applicable)
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Carefully package the item to avoid damage during transit
  4. Once shipped, send us the tracking number via email

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your return. Please note that depending on your payment provider, the refund may appear in your account during the next billing cycle.

💰 Refund & Exchange Details

  • All refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card)
  • Defective items: Eligible for a full refund including shipping
  • Non-defective items: Refund will be issued excluding original shipping and handling fees

🚚 Return Shipping Fees

  • Defective Products: RINECOPO will cover return shipping costs up to $10 USD. Please contact us to receive a prepaid label
  • Non-Defective Products: You are responsible for return shipping. For items over $39, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing insurance. RINECOPO is not responsible for lost or untracked returns

⚠️ Important Reminders

  • Do not write your address on the return package, as it may delay processing
  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories included
  • We do not accept returns on items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged
  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery

Please double-check your return before shipping. RINECOPO is not responsible for products returned that were not purchased from us.
