RINECOPO Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Period
RINECOPO warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use, and provides quality assurance for the original purchaser.
- All RINECOPO products come with a 12-month limited warranty.
- Free gifts are not covered under warranty.
2. Warranty Statement
With valid proof of purchase, RINECOPO will provide repair or replacement services for defects in materials or workmanship. Accepted proof of purchase includes, but is not limited to:
- Order number from purchases made through the official RINECOPO store;
- Sales invoice or order confirmation email clearly showing the product name, price, and sales channel.
⚠️ Note: This warranty is only valid in the country or region where the product was originally purchased. If the product is transferred or shipped to another country or region, the warranty will be void.
3. Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover the following situations:
- Misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or damage caused by force majeure (e.g., lightning, storms, earthquakes);
- Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, repairs, or operation not in accordance with the user manual;
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers;
- Use for special purposes other than normal consumer use (e.g., commercial applications);
- Lost or stolen products, or products that have been fully refunded;
- Damage due to exposure to extreme heat, cold, moisture, or other environmental factors;
- Failure to provide valid proof of purchase;
- Expired warranty period;
- Mismatched battery model on the warranty certificate;
- Unauthorized changes to the warranty certificate;
- Normal wear and tear due to regular use.
4. Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation:
Customers may request to cancel an order within 48 hours of purchase by contacting RINECOPO via email or phone. If the product has already been shipped, an intercept fee may apply.

5. Claim Process
For product assistance, please contact RINECOPO customer service (available Monday through Sunday) at:

Warranty services will be performed either by RINECOPO or an authorized local service partner, using one of the following methods:
- Repair at a RINECOPO service center; or
- Replacement with a product of equal specifications, based on the model and usage condition.
If a replacement is needed, a refurbished unit of equal value may be provided. Once the defective item is received and verified by the RINECOPO warehouse, a replacement product will be shipped within 7 business days (excluding delays caused by force majeure).
The warranty period for the replacement product will be either:
- The remaining warranty period of the original product, or
- 30 days from the date of replacement,
whichever is longer.

6. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
This limited warranty replaces all other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
RINECOPO and its affiliates shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost profits). No other warranties are provided except as expressly stated in this policy.
This warranty may only be modified by RINECOPO.
To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties shall be limited to the terms of this express warranty.
⚠️ Some regions or states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or region.
